This modern apartment, perfect for 4 people, has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a shared bathroom, air conditioning, a fan, workspace, and additional amenities you may need to feel comfortable during your stay. A safe box is provided for any valuables.

The home also has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (among others), and a comfortable dining area. It also has a Smart TV for your entertainment and a relaxing lounge area.

The apartment shares the pool area, solarium, barbecue, and laundry room with two other apartments.

In the Mar Vista community, you will find additional amenities at extra cost. This includes a gym where you can enjoy sports such as tennis and pickleball as well as weights and yoga classes.

Mar Vista also boasts a restaurant with delicious food and an infinity pool where you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and its surrounds.

There are 8 km of trails that allow you to explore the lush vegetation, observe various birds within the area, and have a viewpoint with spectacular views of the area, free of charge.

To explore the nearby beaches, we recommend that you travel via vehicle. A safe parking space is provided on the property.
