Stepping out onto the terrace, view lives up to the name Casa Ayla, which means “home of moonlight” in Turkish. The infinity pool allows you to fully appreciate the spectacular views, no matter the time of day.

Evenings are perfect for barbecues and enjoying a good wine with family and friends.

To explore the nearby beaches, we recommend you travel by car. There are two parking spaces at the property.

Keep in mind that there are other apartments on the property, as well as long-term residents on the second floor. The latter are always ready to help you with any concerns and to serve you with the hospitality and excellent customer service that characterizes the Costa Rican.

The terrace and pool are exclusive to those renting the main house.

In the Mar Vista community, you will find additional amenities at extra cost. This includes a gym where you can enjoy sports such as tennis and pickleball as well as weights and yoga classes.

Mar Vista also boasts a restaurant with delicious food and an infinity pool where you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and its surrounds.

There are 8 km of trails that allow you to explore the lush vegetation, observe various birds within the area, and have a viewpoint with spectacular views of the area, free of charge.
